Cosmo Fit Shaft Gear are made from a polycarbonate resin to strengthen the stem at both the screw thread and the base of the top. These varying size spinning or locked stems have a rounded top to allow the flight to rotate and the normal stem profile tapers from the bottom of the stem to where it meets the flight. The given length of this stem is what is visible when the dart is fully assembled.
