Most of what goes wrong with a table is fixable and worth fixing. A good table is a thirty-year piece of furniture; the parts that wear are the parts designed to be replaced.
Cue repairs come to the counter; you don't need an appointment to drop one off.
Dead cushions are the most common call we get and the most commonly misdiagnosed. If balls come off the rail short and dull, it's usually rubber, not cloth.
We'll tell you when a repair isn't worth it. On some imported tables the parts cost more than the table did.
