Cues, darts, and accessories ship within 1–2 business days via standard parcel carriers. Delivery windows vary by destination and are quoted at checkout.

Pool tables and game tables ship freight and are scheduled separately — our crew handles delivery, leveling, and cloth installation in our metro service area. Out-of-area tables ship curbside; install is arranged on request.

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Tables, cloth, and custom cues are non-returnable once installed or built. Reach out before sending anything back so we can sort the right return path.
